Here’s a BAPL update as of September 2, 2020:
- No library locations are open for browsing or regular in-person usage. There is no date set to do so at this time.
- All library locations are offering “grab and go” check-out, which means you can place books or other items on reserve and pick them up with your library card at the door. There are also offerings at the door such as themed selections, staff picks, and best-sellers, which you can check out without having placed a reserve.
- The bookmobile is running its usual schedule, to deliver reserves. Browsing on the bookmobile is not offered at this time.
- Yoga classes, the memoir group, Spanish classes, and other events are being held virtually
- Computers may be used by appointment only
- Call Adult Services Department at 610-867-3761 x399 to make an appointment at the Main Library
- Call Coolidge at 484-892-6267
- Call the South Side Branch at (610) 867-7852
- The hours at the South Side Branch have been adjusted and are as follows:
- Mon. – Thurs: 11AM – 6PM
- Fri, Sat, Sun: closed
- The hours at the Main Library are:
- Mon. – Wed. 9AM – 8PM
- Thurs. & Fri. 9AM – 6PM
- Sat. 10AM – 5PM
- Sun. Closed
- The hours at the Coolidge Building in Bethlehem Township are:
- Tues: 11am – 5pm
Wed: 11am – 7pm
Thurs: 11am-5pm
2nd Saturday of the month: 10am to 2pm
- Tues: 11am – 5pm
- The book drops are open at all locations for return of library items.
