People of all ages and abilities love coming to the South Side Branch to participate in our free programs like computer classes, foreign language learning, book sales, author visits, D.I.Y. workshops, story times, seasonal and literary celebrations, and so much more. Since all of our programs take place on the lower level of the branch and are only accessible by stairs, we are raising money to install an elevator that will make our branch inclusive in every way!
We are scary-excited for our Halloween benefit “Silver Scream at the South Side” on Saturday, October 26, 2019, from 7-10pm. It is our hope that through our generous sponsors and through those that attend, we can raise funds for our elevator endeavor!
