The Main Library is located at 11 W. Church St. in downtown Bethlehem, adjacent to City Hall. When visiting the Main Library, note that parking is on-street. The areas around the Main Library are mostly one or two-hour limits.  Enforcement times are Monday – Saturday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. excluding Holidays (subject to change — please carefully follow all posted signs). On-street parking that is not limited to one or two hours can be found east of the Library (past City Hall) on Church Street. Parking is available in the garage beneath the Library only after 5:00 pm during the week and all day on Saturdays.

The South Side Branch is located at 400 Webster Street on the South Side of Bethlehem. Parking is on-street only. Some spots are one-hour only; others are metered.

The Coolidge Branch is located at 2750 5th St, Bethlehem, PA 18020 in Bethlehem Township. (Note: there is also a 5th Street in the City of Bethlehem; this is the one in the Township, located next to Comer Park.) There is a parking lot.

Books on the Hill is located at 1400 Speigel St. in Fountain Hill, just behind the Wawa. There is parking in the adjacent lot.
