Reserves/renewals disabled from Sat. Feb 6 through Mon. Feb 9!
BAPL News, Reference February 4th, 2010Our new computer system is coming! Our “go live” date (Feb. 9) is rapidly approaching! You’ll see some great new features in our catalog, including clearer screens, and improved searching. In preparation for the final data load, though: as of Sat. Feb 6 from 5 PM through the morning of Feb. 10 you’re patron account will be “offline”. What does this mean? From Saturday 5 PM through our projected Tuesday AM launch, you won’t be able to log into your account to place or cancel reserves, perform renewals, or edit your patron data. All of these functions (and more!) will return to you once we are operational.
Once our new catalog becomes operational (we’re projecting Feb. 9), you will be able to log into your account, using your library barcode and PIN. What’s your PIN? The last four digits of your home telephone number!
