We weathered our first day online, plus two days of literal weather, and I’m happy to report that both the new catalog, AND your account are now available online.Here are some tips for logging into your account to see what you have out, when items are due, place or view reserves, and request renewals:
Go to our home page at http://www.bapl.org, and click on the “Library Catalog” link located on the orange bar at the top of the page.
The catalog’s initial search page will load. On the right-hand side of the page, look for the “My Account” link. Or…..choose “Login” located at the top right-hand corner of the page.
You will be prompted for your library barcode (which begins with 23062….). Enter your barcode with no spaces or dashes.
You will be prompted for your PIN. This should be the last four digits of your telephone number.
IGNORE the “Campus Login” boxes. These are for Moravian College students use.
Your login didn’t work? It is possible that the PIN that is entered on your library record is incorrect. This may be especially true if your telephone number has changed.
If this is the case, try entering your library barcode again, and select the link which says “Forgot Your PIN?”. This link will verify your barcode number, and will send you an email link to the email which we have on file, allowing you to reset your PIN to whatever you want it to be. Alternatively, give us a call at 610-867-3761. We can reset your PIN to whatever you would like it to be from within our staff software.
