Grammy-winning Singer Steve Pullara of Cool Beans fame kicks off the Family Fun Nights this summer at the Main Library on Tuesday, June 21 at 6:30 pm. If you’re ready to make a shift toward “clean” eating but need a little push, see Hungry for Change, a documentary about processed foods that will surprise you, at the Branch on Wednesday, June 15. This is the first documentary of a three-part Wellness series this summer.

Kick-off events are planned for both locations on June 11 from 1- 3 pm. The Main Library will have roller derby, skateboarding and jump rope demonstrations with crafts, games and prizes. The Branch will stage a Jedi Training Academy with games, obstacle courses, and prizes.
Get in the Game…Read! is the theme for the Teen Summer Reading Program. Students entering grades 6 to 12 in the Fall can participate in Snack Olympic Games, movie nights, an art workshop, book discussions, and teen challenges based on the show Minute to Win It. They will also earn prizes for reading.
