Anna Gaitanos, a life coach and counselor who specializes in positive
psychology and well-being! Learn how to identify resources you already
have to make changes toward better well-being, increased resilience to
daily stressors, and ultimately feeling more fulfilled at the end of
each day. Refreshments will be served.

Become more fluent and confident in Spanish and meet new
people! Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Spanish is suggested
for comfortable participation, but all adult learners are welcome!
Learn the basics including practical vocabulary, sentence
structure, reading and writing, pronunciation and commonly used
expressions. The class is FREE, but consistent attendance is
required for the optimum learning

whole family can get into shape and have tons of fun doing salsa,
merengue, reggaeton and hip hop ZUMBA. Our certified Zumba instructor
welcomes all level students into our FREE classes. Limit 15 per class,
so hurry to register. Please register for each class individually. Wear
comfortable clothes and bring water!
